Alaska Child Support | AK Child Support Services Division (CSSD)

The Alaska Child Support Services Division (CSSD) handles the enforcement, modification and review of child support awards and orders. In addition, the division can establish and enforce a payment amount based upon the guidelines set forth in Alaska Civil Court Rule 90.3. The division also will help a custodial parent locate an absent parent, help establish paternity and handle child support payments including allowing for direct deposit to the custodial parent.
