Alaska Child Support Laws – Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure – Rule 90.3

The Alaska Child Support Laws set forth for the courts and the Child Support Services Division the rules for determining who should pay child support and how much.  The guidelines take into account income of each of the parents, health care needs and coverage for the children, educational needs of the children, the employment status of the parents.  Modifications can be made if there is a material change in circumstances of the children or the parents.
