The State of Connecticut provides a way for non custodial parents to make their obligated child support payments online.
How to Login
Step 1: Visit the Connecticut Child Support Internet Payment Website
Step 2: Click on “User Login”
Step 3: Enter your User ID
- Forgot User ID: If you forgot your User ID, Click on “Forgot User ID” and enter your social security number and password
- Forgot passsword: If you forgot your password, enter your User ID and click “next”.
How to Enroll:
Step 1: In order to enroll in the Connecticut online child support payment service, go to the Connecticut Child Support Internet Payment Website Register page.
Step 2: Click on whether you are registering for yourself or someone else.
Step 3: Read through the terms and conditions and click “Accept”
Step 4: Be prepared to have the following information and click “next”:
- Payor Name
- Social Security Number
- Payor Address (address 1, address 2, City, State, ZIP)
- Payor NCP File Number *
Step 5: Enter the following information and click “next”:
- Name
- Social Security Number
- NCP number
- Address
- Telephone
