Florida Child Support | FL Department of Revenue Child Support Services

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program, provides many services to separated or divorced parents of minor children. The program helps custodial parents find absent parents so that they may have a role in the financial support of their children. In addition, the program will assist in locating potential assets of the non-custodial parent which can be used for child support. The program also offers services to establish paternity. Finally, the program will enforce existing child support orders, establish new child support orders and provide electronic methods for parents to make and receive child support payments.
