Georgia Child Support Login | Make a Payment

The state of Georgia provides online access for parents to keep track of actions taken on their child support case, track their child support account, and apply for services. In addition, Georgia allows a parent who is paying child support to make payments online.

How to Login

Step 1: Go to the Georgia Division of Child Support Services website and scroll down and enter your user id and password.

  • If you forgot your user id or password, click on “forgot user id or password”. It will bring you to this page.
  • Enter your first name, last name, social security number and IRN and click “submit”. You will be able to get your user name and reset your password.

How to Enroll

Step 1: Go to the Georgia DCSS portal website.

Step 2: Enter your first and last name and social security number as well as your IRN which is your client ID. If you do not know this, contact the local child support office.

Step 3: Click “register”

How to Make a Payment

Step 1: Go to Georgia DCSS portal site.

Step 2: Click on “non-custodial parents”

Step 3: You will be brought to Georgia DCSS portal for Credit Card Payments where you click “child support payment”

Step 4: Enter your name, social security number and case id number and click “next”. You will be able to enter your payment information. Note that there are fees associated with this method of payment.

How to Apply for Child Support

Download an application, fill it out as instructed and mail it to your local child support office along with a fee of $25 and supporting documents.
