Illinois Child Support | IL Division of Child Support Services (DCSS)

The State of Illinois Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) provides resources and services for both custodial and non custodial parents who have been divorced or separated. The intent of DCSS is to make sure that the children of divorced and separated parents are cared for financially by both parents to the extent of their ability. Some of the services provided by DCSS include child support payment centralization, assistance with enforcement of child support orders and locating absent parents.
