Maryland Child Support |MD Child Support Enforcement Administration (CSEA)

The Maryland Child Support Enforcement Administration (CSEA) is dedicated to making sure that each child of divorced or separated parents receive the financial support due them from each parent. In order to do this, CSEA can assist with locating a missing parent, providing online tools for parents to pay support; impose withholding on a parent’s paycheck and intercepting tax refunds. In addition CSEA can assist with establishing paternity. CSEA’s role is also to create and modify child support orders based upon the Maryland Child Support Guidelines.
