The State of Minnesota provides online tools for parents using child support services. These services allow parents to check the status of their account and financial history. The following information demonstrates how to use the online services.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this page
Step 2: Click “Register and Sign In” and you will be brought to this page where you click on “sign in”
Step 3: On the next page enter your user id and password and click “sign in”.
- If you forgot your password, click “forgot password” and you will be brought to this page to enter your User Id
- If you forgot your User Id, click “forgot user ID” and you will be brought to this page to enter your email address
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this page and click “register”.
Step 2: On the next page, read the agreement, check “agree” and click “continue”
Step 3: On the next page, enter in the participant number, pin number, ssn and date of birth and click “next”
How to Apply
In order to apply for services in Minnesota, you need to download an application and fill it out according to these instructions and mail it to your local child support office.
