The State of Mississippi does not as of yet have online access to child support accounts or online payment options. In order to receive payments, custodial parents have the option of receiving them through direct deposit or on a debit Mastercard.
How to Login
In order to login to the debit master card site, go to this web page and enter your User ID and click “login”
- If you gorget your user id, click on “forgot User Id” and be brought to this page and enter your card number:
How to Enroll
In order to apply for an online debit Mastercard account, a parent can go to this site to set up an account by clicking on “New User”:
You will be brought to this page where you enter your card number and create a user id and password.
In order to make a child support payment a non-custodial parent can either make them through employer wage withdrawal or by sending in a check or money order with the social security number and case number to the following address:

How to Apply
In Mississippi, in order to apply for child support, you must fill out an application and mail it in to your local child support office with a $25 fee.
