The State of Montana provides online access for parents to check the status of their child support account and to make payments online.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this page and enter your social security number and case number to obtain information about your child support account.
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this page to make child support payments online
Step 2: Click on “individual” and you will be brought to this page.
Step 3: Click on “login” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your user name and password and click “login”
- If you forgot your user name or password, click “forgot user name or password” and you will be brought to this page where you enter in your user name.
- If you forgot your user name, click on “Forgot my epass Montana username” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your account information and click “submit”
Step 4: To create an account, click “account” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your personal information plus a user name and password and click “save changes”
How to Apply
In order to apply for child support in Montana, you must fill out an application and mail it to your local child support office with required supporting documents.
