In New York a person receiving services from the Division of Child Support Enforcement or making child support payments to DCSE, can create a login and access their account online.
Step 1: Go to this site and click “login to NY.gov”
Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you enter your user name and password and click “sign in”.
How to Login
- If you forgot your user name, click “forgot user name” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your name and email and you will be emailed your user name.
- If you forgot your password, click “forgot password” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your username

Step 1: You can go to the New York Child Support Services home page, and find the link for “Application for Child Support Services” or you can Download the .pdf file here.
Step 2: You will be brought to a page where you can download the .pdf as well as find other related services.
