Pennsylvania Child Support | PA Department of Human Services

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) oversees the Pennsylvania Child Support Program. The Child Support Program assists parents with their child support issues, whether it be enforcing an existing order or seeking to establish paternity in order to determine who should be paying child support. In addition, the agency can assist with applying for a new child support order or modifying an existing order. Even if the order was established in another state, the agency can help enforce that order as child support orders are enforceable across state lines.
