The State of Utah provides interactive online services for those parents with child support cases in Utah.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this website and enter your email or user ID and password and click “login”:
- If you forgot your password, click “forgot password” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your Utah ID or email and your last name and click “continue”
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this page and click “create account”
Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you enter the following information and click “create account”:
- Choose a Utah-ID
- Your Name
- Email Address
- Repeat Email Address
- Alternate Email Address
- Password
- Verify Password
- Mobile
How to Apply for Child Support
In order to apply for child support services, a parent can either fill out an online application or a paper application. An application and all requisite materials should be sent to the following address:
