The Commonwealth of Virginia has online resources for both the custodial and non custodial parent. The custodial parent can check the payment history and status of their case, while a non-custodial parent can make payments.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this webpage and click “view my account”
Step 2: You will be brought to this page, where you enter your user name and password and click “go”.
- If you forget your password or user id click “user name/password help” and you will be brought to this page where you click on the applicable link.
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this page and click “register”
Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you click that you have a child support case with DCSE.
Step 3: You will be brought to this page where you enter your case number and last four digit of your social security number.
How to Apply
In Virginia, in order to apply for child support services, you have to first fill out an application and mail it or fax it to your local child support office with copies of the requisite documents.
