Washington Child Support Calculator | Guidelines

By Child-Support.com Staff – Last updated

The State of Washington Division of Child Support provides a child support estimator for parents seeking to get a sense of the amount child support payments may be if ordered by the court. This calculator is only an estimate and the actual amount may be different because the court may have additional information of factors that it takes into account. The calculator uses the State of Washington child support guidelines.

How to Calculate

Step 1: Go to the Division of Child Support – Quick Child Support Estimator.

Step 2: Enter the amount of take home pay for the non-custodial parent.

Step 3: Enter the amount of take home pay for custodial parent.

Step 4: Enter the number of children each parent has together.

Step 5: Enter the number of children under 12 years old.

If you want a more accurate result, you can go to Washington State Child Support Schedule Worksheet Calculator and enter more detailed information. Again this is only an estimate as well.

Both calculators use the Washington State Child Support Guidelines to determine the amount of child support.
