Wisconsin Child Support Laws | Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 767

The Wisconsin Child Support Laws provide the authority to the Department of Children and Families to enforce child support orders issued by Wisconsin courts or courts in other states on behalf of Wisconsin children. In addition, the laws set forth the circumstances and conditions for establishing child support amounts based on income and other factors. Finally, the laws provide for certain enforcement actions and the authority to execute such actions when a parent fails to pay required child support payments.
