Wyoming Child Support Laws | Wyoming Statutes, Title 20, Article 3

In Wyoming the Child Support laws provide guidance to courts and divorced and separated parents as to how much child support is required to be paid based on several factors including income of the parents as well as the enforcement procedures and mechanisms that can be used by the Department of Family Services to make sure those payments are made. The laws also provide for enforcement of child support orders from other states as they apply to Wyoming children.
