The State of Delaware provides a method by which those who owe child support can make electronic payments through a state based tracking system. The system allows the user to schedule payments out of their designated bank account, as well as track payments and keep track of payments already made.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to the iPayOnline State of Delaware website.
Step 2: Enter your user name and password and click “ok”
- If you forget your user name or password, click on “forgot user name or password” which will bring you to this page. Enter your email address and answer the security question. Your login information will be emailed to you.
- If you forget the email you used to establish the account, click on “forgot email” and it will bring you to this page for customer service.
How to Enroll
Step 1: You can find the registration page here.
Step 2: check “individual registration” and click “continue” and you will be prompted to enter your personal information.
Step 3: Enter your name
Step 4: Enter your phone number
Step 5: Enter your fax number
Step 6: Enter your email address and confirm your email address
Step 7: Enter your social security number
Step 8: Enter your mailing address
Step 9: Enter your login information including desired user name and password, then confirm password and choose a security question
Step 10: Read and accept terms and conditions and click “save”. You have now created an “ipay” account.
How to Apply for Child Support Services
In Delaware, the Division of Child Support Enforcement provides a number of services for parents facing separation or divorce and in need of support for their children. Some of these services include finding an absent parent, establishing paternity, and enforcing or establishing a child support order. In order to apply for these services, you must fill out an application, have it signed and notarized, and contact the Delaware Division of Child Support Enforcement to find an office nearest you.
