North Dakota Child Support Laws | North Dakota Century Code Title 14-08

North Dakota Child Support Laws provide that parents are responsible to support their children financially until the child reaches the age of 18.  The laws provide that if a parent fails to provide financial support that the state can take action to force the parent to pay, including suspension of driving and recreational licenses, attachment or garnishment.
