In New Jersey, a person receiving or paying child support can obtain information about their case online.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this page.
Step 2: Enter your Member ID and PIN and click “sign in”
- If you forgot your PIN or Member ID, click on “Forgot PIN/Member ID and you will be asked to call 1-877-NJKIDS1 to get help.
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this page and click “Get a New Member ID”
Step 2: You will open up a window where you enter your Case ID, the last 4 digits of your SSN and your Date of Birth and then click “next”.
How to Make a Payment
New Jersey offers a variety of ways to make a child support payment. You can mail a payment to the following address:

How to Apply for Child Support
In New Jersey, you can apply for child support online or via a paper application.
Once you have completed the application, you need to bring it, with the requisite fee to your local court or welfare office.
