The Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is an agency that offers assistance to a parent who is seeking to obtain child support for their children from the other parent. DCSS will assist in finding absent parents, establish paternity, and enforce child support orders both from Arizona and from other states. In addition, DCSS will help a parent establish a child support order if they are entitled to support.

Arizona Child Support Enforcement

Enforcing child support payments in Arizona requires a parent to provide information about the non-paying parent, the children and the child support order to the Arizona Division of Child Support Services (“DCSS”).
