The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Welfare and Supportive Services exists to assist divorced or separated parents with making sure their children receive the financial support from each parent that they are due. The Division can assist with enforcing existing child support orders or locating a parent who can’t be found. In addition the Division can assist with establishing paternity and helping establish a new child support order or helping to modify an existing order.
