The Minnesota Department of Human Services Child Support Division (CSD) provides a broad range of services to divorced or separated parents or caregivers who are seeking financial support for the children in their care. CSD will assist a parent in enforcing an existing child support order through enforcement tools such as wage withholding and tax refund intercept. In addition, they can assist with opening a child support case and making changes to existing orders. CSD provides online tools as well so that parents can make payments or check their child support accounts.
