In Oklahoma, Child Support Services (CSS) is part of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. CSS seeks to ensure that children are financially supported by their divorced, separated or never married parents. CSS provides services including helping to establish paternity, when it is questioned, locating parents who have gone missing, establishing, modifying and enforcing child support orders and assisting with collection and distribution of child support payments.
