The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Child Support Enforcement Division assists parents with issues surrounding child support. CSED can help with establishing paternity so it is known who should be paying child support. CSED can also evaluate whether the child support amount should be modified. In addition CSED, as an arm of the Department of Revenue, collects and distributes child support payments and in the event child support is not forthcoming when due, CSED can implement wage garnishments and other tools in order to force payment.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts offers online services for both custodial and non custodial parents.
