The Delaware Division of Child Support Enforcement, or DCSE, provides many services to separated or divorced parents of minor children. DCSE will assist in the establishment of paternity so that the father of the children can be directed to pay child support. DCSE will also assist in enforcing existing child support orders including collecting those payments in arrears. DCSE can help in establishing and enforcing new child support orders as well. In addition, DCSE provides a payment and accounting system for those parents making child support payments.

The system allows the user to schedule payments out of their designated bank account, as well as track payments and keep track of payments already made.
