The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Division of Child Support Services or “DCSS” provides a broad range of child support services for parents or custodians. DCSS will help establish, modify, enforce or terminate a child support order. In addition DCSS can act as a distribution center for child support payment receipt and disbursement. DCSS can implement steps to enforce existing orders , including imposing wage garnishment, asset liens and tax refund intercept. In addition, DCSS can help a parent establish paternity. In order to obtain these services, a parent or custodian must fill out an application.
