Arkansas provides a method for parents to keep track of their child support case and obligations online. If a parent registers with Arkansas website, they can also make child support payments online and keep track of payments made.
How to Enroll
Step 1: In order to enroll in the online payments system, go to the Register page of the OCSE Website:
Step 2: Read the terms and conditions and check the box that you have read the terms and conditions.
Step 3: Check if you do not use a computer mouse.
Step 4: Enter the numbers you see in the box and press “continue”
Step 5: On the next page you need to create a user name and password.
Step 6: Provide your case information including:
- Case ID
- Last six digits of your Social Security Number
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
Step 7: Click “continue”
Step 8: The next pages will provide security questions and a webkey picture so you can be sure you have properly accessed the website in the future.
How to Login:
Step 1: If you are already registered and want to login, go to the MyCase page of the OCSE Website :
Step 2: On the right side, enter your user name and click “login”.

How to Apply for Child Support:
In Arkansas, in order to apply for child support you can go to your local office and obtain a form or download a form here.

Along with the application, bring a copy of your child support order and any modifications, if applicable, to your local office or mail them in at the address above.
