The Oregon Division of Child Support is a government agency that works with the Oregon Department of Justice and local district attorneys’ offices to ensure that children of divorced, separated or never married parents receive the financial support that they are owed. DCS seeks to accomplish this task a numbers of ways. DCS can assist in establishing paternity, locating parents who are no longer in the home, enforcing existing child support orders or helping with the establishment or modification of child support orders. DCS also offers online tools so that parents can access their child support information and make online payments.
