The New Mexico Child Support Enforcement Division of the Human Services Department helps to ensure that divorced, separated or never married parents financially support their children. They do this by enforcing existing child support orders, assisting with child support applications and establishing paternity. Certain tools can be used to enforce orders including wage withholding, liens and tax intercepts.
