The Virginia Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) assists parents who are divorced, separated or never married in the financial support obligations to their children. DCSE can help modify, establish or enforce child support orders, even if the order was issued in another state. In addition they serve as a child support payment clearinghouse by receiving payments and paying them out as owed to the custodial parent. DCSE also provides online resources for both custodial parents and non-custodial parents to apply and access their child support accounts.
