The New Jersey Department of Human Services Office of Child Support Services or “OCSS” provides many child support services for divorced, separated or never married parents or custodians. OCSS can assist with establishing, modifying, enforcing or terminating a child support order. In addition OCSS can act as a disbursement hub for child support payment receipts and disbursements. OCSS can take action to enforce an existing order , including tax refund intercept, license non-renewal and asset liens. OCSS can also help in determining the paternity of a child.
