The State of Florida has online assistance for parents who want to make child support payments or are receiving child support payments. The eServices site allows you to get updates on your case, see payments made and see your child support order. The myFloridaCounty website allows you to make payments online.

How to Login

Step 1: Find the Login area on the upper right hand side of the main myFloridaCounty website.

Step 2: Click on “Login” and enter your user name and password.

  • If you forgot your password, click on “forgot password” and you will be brought to a screen that will allow you to enter your user name and answer a previously set security question.

How to Enroll

Step 1: You can create an account from the main page of the myFloridaCounty website.

Step 2: Enter your first and last name

Step 3: Enter your date of birth

Step 4: Enter your social security number

Step 5:  Enter your email and confirm your email

Step 6: Click “Continue”

How to Make a Payment

Step 1: Go to the ‘make a payment’ page of the MyFloridaCounty website and add your case number.

Step 2:  Enter the following information

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Confirm email
  • User name
  • Your chosen password
  • Confirm password
  • Billing information

Step 3:   Click “continue”

How to Apply for Child Support

In Florida, in order to apply for child support, you must go to one of the local child support offices to obtain an application or you can call 1 (877) 326-8689 to have an application mailed to you. Use the contact page on the myFloridaCounty website to find the office nearest you.
