The Colorado Division of Child Support Services (CSS) provides a host of services for separated or divorced paretns of children. Their mission is to “assure that all children receive financial and medical support from each parent. This is accomplished by locating each parent, establishing paternity and support obligations, and enforcing those obligations.” Child Support Services accomplishes this mission by establishing child support obligations, enforcing existing child support orders, providing paternity services and collecting and distributing child support payments. A parent seeking child support can apply online or print out an application and bring it to their local child support office.
