In North Dakota the Child Support Enforcement Division (CSE) exists to make sure that the children of divorced, separated or never married parents are taken care of financially by both parents even if a parent no longer lives in the home. CSE can help locate parents who have disappeared without leaving contact information or assist with establishing paternity. In addition, CSE can help with enforcing, establishing or modifying child support orders. CSE also provides online resources for parents to keep track of their child support accounts or make payments.
