In Nebraska a parent can apply for services online or make a payment online or check the status of child support payments online.
How to Login
Step 1: If you are a parent receiving child support, you can go to this page and click “login” to see information about your case.
Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you enter in your child support id and password
- If you forget your id or password, click on “forgot id or password” and you will be brought to this page where you enter in your information to send to the agency
If you are paying child support, Nebraska has a site that you can go for information about your account and to make payments.
Step 1: Go to this site and click “login”.
Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you enter your case ID and password.
- If you forget your ID or password, click “Forgot my ID or Password” and you will be brought to this page where you can enter in information to have the agency get you back on the site.
How to Enroll
Step 1: If you are a parent receiving child support, you can go to this page and click “login”.
Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you can click “Get an ID and Password”.
Step 3: You will be brought to this page where you fill in: Child Support ARP ID, Social Security #, New Password and confirm New Password. Then click “submit”

Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you can click “Get an ID and Password”.
Step 3: You will be brought to this page where you fill in: Child Support ARP ID, Social Security # New Password and confirm New Password. Then click “submit”.
How to Apply
In order to apply for child support services, a parent can either download and print an application and mail it to the following address:
