Parents, whether they are the custodial parent or non-custodial parent can use the online resources of the Pennsylvania child support program. These resources allow you to apply for and receive child support, pay child support, modify an existing child support order, recover an overpayment or withdraw a complaint.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this website:
Step 2: Enter your user name and password on the left and click “login”
- If you forgot your username, click “forgot user name” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your social security number and email address and click “submit”:
- If you forgot your password, click “forgot password” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your username and click “verify username”
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this webpage and click “Register” on the left
Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you enter the following information, read the agreement and click “I agree”
- Create a user name
- Enter your social security number
- Enter your email address and confirm your email address
- Pick a security question and answer
- Choose the referral source
How to Apply
You can apply for child support in Pennsylvania either by filling out an application, intake sheet and child support complaint and bringing them to your local child support office, or you can register for online services as set forth above and apply online.
