Washington Child Support Laws | Revised Code of Washington Title 26, Chapter 26:18

The State of Washington Child Support laws provides for conditions and parameters for the enforcement of child support obligations including remedies such as wage withholding and liens against property owned by the non-paying parent. The State of Washington passed these provisions because there was an urgent need to vigorously enforce orders as there were too many parents not making the payments as ordered.
