Colorado Child Support Login | Make a Payment

Colorado provides a way by which a parent receiving child support payments can access their account or sign up online for services. Colorado also provides a method by which parents paying child support can pay online and keep track of their child support obligation.

How to Login:

Step 1: Visit the Colorado Office of Economic Security website:

Step 2: Enter your user ID and password.

  • If your forgot your user ID, click on forgot user ID, which will bring you to this page:

Enter your email address and answer the security questions. Your user ID will be emailed to you.

  • If your forget your password, click on forgot password and you will be brought to this page:

Enter in your User ID and a new password will be sent to you.

How to Enroll:

Step 1: Go to the Parent Registration page:

Step 2: Choose a user ID

Step 3: Enter your social security number

Step 4: Enter your first, middle and last name in the spaces provided

Step 5: Enter your family support registry number

Step 6: Enter your phone number

Step 7: Enter your email, tice for verification purposes

Step 8: Check if you would like to receive notification of payments

Step 9:  Click “submit”

How to Apply for Child Support Services

Colorado provides a number of services to parents who need assistance with child support issues.  They will help enforce child support orders, collect past due child support, establish new child or medical support orders, help establish paternity, assist in tracking down an absent parent and other sevices.  A parent can apply three ways, by filling out an application online, printing out an application and filling it out, or going to their local county office.

To obtain an application online, go to the Colorado Child Support Services Application page and follow the instruction posted there:

All three methods require the applicant to provide a signed, hard copy of the application to the appropriate county, along with the requested supporting documentation, and the $20 application fee.  To find the nearest Colorado Child Support to your location, please visit the Colorado Office of Economic Security website and use the Office Locator feature which can be found on the lower, right hand side of the webpage.
