How to Make a Payment
The State of Hawaii provides a number of ways by which a parent who owes child support can make child support payments. You can find the office closest to you on the State of Hawaii Child Support Enforcement Agency contact page.
In addition, a parent can submit a payment through electronic funds transfer through various websites sanctioned by the CSEA.

In order to apply for child support in Hawaii, you must download and fill out the application below. Once it has been filled out, it must be submitted with copies of any existing child support orders and birth certificates of the children to your local child support office.
