In Idaho, you can create an online account to update your information and access your account information.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Idaho Child Support website.
Step 2: Enter your user name and password and click “log in”

- There is a link for ‘forgot password’ if you are having trouble finding yours.
How to Enroll
Step 1: Enter the following information:

- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- User Name (Minimum 8 char.)
- Password (Case Sensitive / Minimum 8 char.)
- Confirm Password
- Primary Email
- Alternate Email 1
- Alternate Email 2
- Security Question
- Security Answer

How to Apply for Child Support
In Idaho, in order to obtain child support, you must fill out an application, provide a $25 non-refundable check or money order made payable to Idaho Child Support Receipting and provide the following documents:
• A copy of the child support order
• A copy of any modification orders, if the order changed
• An Acknowledgment of Paternity form, if one was signed by both parents
