The State of Louisiana provides online access to child support information for both custodial and non-custodial parents. Through the Louisiana LA CAFE, you can get information about your account, make a payment or apply for services.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this website:
Step 2: Enter your User ID and Password and click “login”
- If you forgot your password, click “forgot password” and enter your user ID on the following page.
- If you forgot your User ID, click “forgot User ID” and enter your email address on the following page
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this page and click “Click here to get started”
Step 2: Read the information on this page and click “next”
Step 3: On this page, click “Create an Account”
Step 4: On the next page, enter your name and email address and choose a user id and password. Read the agreement and click “create account”.
How to Apply
In Louisiana, you can either apply by filling out an application by hand and turning it in to the local child support office, or you can create an account with LA Cafe and apply online.
