The State of North Carolina allows both custodial and non-custodial parents the option to obtain their individual case information online.
How to Login
Step 1 – Go to this webpage
Step 2: Enter your user ID and password and click “logon”
- If you forget your user id, click “User ID” and you will be brought to this page where you enter in your date of birth, your MPI number and your social security number and click submit
- If you forget your password, click “password” and you will be brought to this page where you enter in your User ID and click “submit”
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this website and enter in your Date of Birth, your MPI # and your social security number and click “continue”
How to Make a Payment
North Carolina provides online resources for non-custodial parents to make child support payments.
Step 1: Go to this page and click on the type of payment you wish to make.
How to Apply for Child Support
In order to apply for child support, you need to download an application and supplemental statement, fill them out and bring them to your local child support office.
