The State of Rhode Island has online resources for both custodial and non-custodial parents to access their child support case information including payments made and received.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this webpage and enter your user name and password and click “login”.
- If you forgot your user name, click “forgot my username” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your case number and email address and click “next”.
- If you forgot your password, click “forgot my password” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your username and email address and click “next”.
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this webpage and click “create my account”.
Step 2: You will be brought to this page where you enter your case number and personal identification number.
How to Make a Payment
In Rhode Island, a non-custodial parent can make a payment with a credit card or debit card by going to this site to set up an account.
How to Apply
In order to apply for child support services, a parent must fill out an application and send it with copies of the relevant documents and a check in the amount of $20 to the following address:
