The State of South Dakota has online tools for both custodial parents and non-custodial parents to access their child support information including payments made and received.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this page and enter your user ID and PIN and click “login”.
- If you forgot your user ID, click “Change/forgot User ID” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your SSN and the first four letters of your first name and click “submit”
- If you forgot your PIN, click “forgot PIN” and you will be brought to this page where you enter your User ID and click submit.
How to Enroll
Step 1: Go to this page
Step 2: Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN and the first four letters of your first name for your USER ID
Step 3: Your initial PIN is the eight digit number provided by the DCS Customer Connect received from the mail.
How to Apply
In order to apply for child support, you need to first download an application and fill it out and bring it to your local child support office.
